Balance Victoria is an online hub established to provide thought leadership and promote the debating of issues central to a decentralisation program for Victoria. Our mission is to help leaders in public policy, communities and the private sector by providing a fact base that contributes to decision making and providing an independent space where open dialogue on a future decentralisation policy can be held.
